The Art of Autumn: An Aromatherapy Workshop with Hülya Kayhan

As the season turns, our routines, our energy and our moods shift with it. The Art of Autumn is an intimate, hands-on workshop exploring how fragrance, essential oils and small seasonal rituals can help you move into the cooler months feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.

Led by our founder Hülya Kayhan, a clinical aromatherapist and pharmacist, this two-hour session blends the sensory and the scientific. You'll learn how different scents interact with the senses and which may support sleep, focus and mood, before creating your own personalised autumn essential-oil blend to take home and return to whenever you need it.

The session includes a guided scent and breathing ritual, a moment to slow down and reset, and plenty of time to ask Hülya the questions you've always wondered about essential oils and how to use them thoughtfully at home. With just six guests per session, it's a relaxed, personal experience rather than a lecture, expect conversation, discovery and a little autumn indulgence.
