At Art de Huile London, we’re committed to offering not just premium aromatherapy and skincare, but also a smooth, transparent, and supportive shopping experience. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options and returns process.

📦 UK Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery – £4.50
    Orders under £55 are shipped via Yodel (3–5 working days). A signature may be required.
  • Free Delivery – Orders Over £55
    Automatically applied at checkout.
  • Next Day Delivery – £6.99
    Available for orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri). Delivered via DPD to UK mainland.

🌍 UK & International Shipping

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.50
    Free on orders over £70 or for Subscribe & Save members.
  • Dispatch & Processing
    Orders placed after Friday 2PM are processed the following Monday.
  • Bank Holidays
    Please allow an extra working day.
  • International Restrictions
    Due to regulations, we currently do not ship candles, mists, or candle kits outside the UK.
    Also, select Forest Therapy products cannot be shipped to Germany due to trademark restrictions.

Eligibility:

  • Return within 20 working days
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Faulty/damaged items must be reported within 10–30 working days (depending on the issue)

Return Shipping:

  • We cover costs for damaged or incorrect items
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers cover the cost
