📦 Order Queries

Can I cancel my order once it's placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse and cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your basket before confirming your purchase.

I forgot to use a discount code. Can it still be applied?
Sadly, we can’t apply promotional codes after an order has been placed. Make sure to enter your code before checkout to benefit from current offers.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! While we recommend using our website for a faster and easier experience, we’re happy to assist with phone orders. Call us on +44 7342 426522

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

  • Orders under £35: £3.95
  • Orders over £35: Free UK delivery

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping via our website. However, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I track my order?
Standard delivery is untracked, but you can select a tracked or signed-for service at checkout for an extra fee.

What if my order is delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived on time, please reach out to us at support@artdehuile.co.uk so we can investigate.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
If you're not 100% happy, you can cancel your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
We do not cover return postage costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged item?
We’re really sorry to hear that. Please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. Visit our Returns Page for more details.

How do I return an item?
Please return your item using a secure postal service. Make sure it’s packaged safely and arrives within 7 days of notifying us.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All Art de Huile products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

Do I need to be an expert to use essential oils?

How are your essential oil blends created?
Our Master Blender handcrafts every formula in our London lab using premium, pharma-grade oils — combining science with intuition to deliver powerful results.

What’s the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?
Essential oils are natural plant extracts with therapeutic benefits. Fragrance oils are blended to create beautiful, complex scents — and some include essential oil components.

How do customers use your oils?
